Tension arises among Ellington student and faculty towards the District of Columbia Public School system's chancellor Michelle Rhee. A fellow Literary Media and Communications student, Carolann Collins interviews junior counselor, Mr. Larry Davis on his views towards Ellington's proposed relocation to the Logan Building near the Union Station area.

"Recently Michell Rhee made a proposal to move Ellington to the Logan building near Union Station. Ellington's removal would allow ward two to create a neighborhood school for their children. At the present time Ellington's removal has been canceled, but Ellington could still be subject too relocation.
